Emilia came home from daycare this week with her first Scholastic Book Club catalog! She doesn’t understand how exciting this is yet, but I sure remember how excited I was as a child when I got sent home with one! I could hardly wait to sit down and look through all the great books and then ask my Mom and Dad which ones I could get. And then – I would wait for the shipment to arrive at school with the books I had picked out...by the time the books came, I had forgotten what we ordered, so their actual arrival was SO exciting!So - tonight, I sat on the couch with Emilia and flipped through the familar pages of the catalog and talked about the different books pictured before us. We decided on an I Spy Little Letters board book for Emilia’s first Scholastic Book Club order!
