In My Shoes

Emilia LOVES shoes! She loves to run into her room and pull a pair out of her drawer and come out and try and put them on. She loves to put our shoes, which are usually left by the back door, away into the shoe bin. And, as she gets closer and closer to "2" she loves to voice her opinion about which shoes she would like to wear. She is drawn mostly to her shiny red patent leather Pediped's and her shiny black patent leather Oshkosh but she likes to try on for size any shoes left by the back door...

Tonight - she was delighted to find a pair of Mommy's heals! Since I usually wear the same black or brown boots all fall / winter or the same couple pairs of flip flops all summer, these was a real treat for her to discover. She looked so cute clicking around in them and she was so proud of herself for getting them on and showing them off to us :)
